Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Location: UK and Ireland 

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: £45,000 OTE + Company Car

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in field sales and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the UK and Ireland. This role requires flexibility for extensive travel throughout the region, self-management of schedules, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

The Job:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Plan and execute travel schedules across the UK and Ireland to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Independently organize and plan workweeks in advance, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Gather relevant information and insights, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Feel comfortable presenting solutions and proposals to potential clients.
• Articulate the value proposition of our services and tailor presentations to specific audience needs.

The Person:

• Clean driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the UK and Ireland.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth within the company.
• Requirements:
• Experience in field sales and account management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record in sales or business development roles.
• Highly organized, approachable, and able to work independently.
